Open enrollment, done from the truck.

We give West Metro contractors Employee Navigator: your crews enroll from their phones, and you run benefits from anywhere. Included with our brokerage.

  1. 6:04 a.m.

    A text, not a meeting.

Enrollment opens with a text to every employee, in English or Spanish. No laptop, no conference room, no printed packet in the truck door.

  2. 6:07 a.m.

    Plans compared in plain language.

Each plan shows what it covers and what it costs per paycheck, with your contribution already figured in. Switch to Español with one tap.

  3. 6:09 a.m.

    Three taps to enroll.

Pick the plan, add dependents, sign with a finger. New hires do the same thing before their first day, from wherever they are.

  4. 6:11 a.m.

    HR sees it land.

Every enrollment shows up on your dashboard as it happens. Deductions flow to payroll and elections flow to the carrier, without a spreadsheet.

One enrollment, everywhere it needs to go.

An election made on a phone in a parking lot reaches the carrier, payroll, COBRA administration and your ACA forms through Employee Navigator's connections. Nobody re-keys it.

Built for crews that never sit at a desk.

Electricians, plumbers, roofers and mechanical crews start early and finish far from the office. The tools we set up meet them there, and the office still sees everything.

Colorado changed the rules this year.

Three changes that reach a contractor's benefits budget in 2026, in plain English. We build every renewal around them.

  1. January 1, 2026

Small group is now 1 to 50 employees.

SB24-073 moved Colorado's small-employer line from 100 down to 50. A contractor with 51 to 100 employees now buys in the large-group market at renewal, unless it keeps an existing small-group plan under the five-year transition.

  2. 2026 premiums

FAMLI costs 0.88 percent of wages.

Colorado's paid family and medical leave premium is 0.88 percent for 2026, split evenly. Employers with 10 or more employees pay the 0.44 percent employer share, on wages up to $176,100 per employee.

  3. 2026 enforcement

    SecureSavings fines start this year.

Employers with five or more employees, two or more years in business and no retirement plan must run Colorado SecureSavings. The penalty is $100 per eligible employee per year, capped at $5,000, and the state has said enforcement begins in 2026.

Three steps, one renewal.

  1. 1

Send us your renewal and census.

A photo of the renewal letter and a list of employees is enough to start. We come back with a market comparison in a few days.

  2. 2

We build your Employee Navigator site.

Your plans, your contribution, your branding, your payroll connection. We do the setup; you approve it.

  3. 3

Crews enroll from their phones. You watch it land.

We run the enrollment, answer the crew's questions in English or Spanish, and hand you a clean file for payroll and the carrier.

Nothing about your plans has to change. Just who runs them.

A one-page broker of record letter names us as your agency with the carriers you already use. Same plans, same rates, same ID cards. What changes is the platform, the service, and who picks up the phone at renewal.

Is Employee Navigator included?

Yes. We provide it to every client as part of our brokerage services: we build the site, load your plans and run the enrollment. We confirm the details for your headcount and plans during the walkthrough.
