What we collect

When you request a demo we collect what you type into the form: your company name, approximate headcount, trade, renewal month, current carrier, your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number. We also record the page you were on, the referring site and campaign tags in the address (utm parameters and fbclid), and a hashed form of your IP address used only to limit abuse.

We do not collect health information, Social Security numbers or employee census data through this site. Those come later, through secure channels, only if you decide to work with us.

How we use it

We use your request to send you the demo, to schedule a walkthrough and to follow up about your renewal. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside the agency and the service providers that run this site and our email.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number and check the consent box, we will text you the demo link and a small number of follow-up messages about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end messages and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.

Advertising measurement

This site uses the Meta pixel to measure whether our ads led to a demo request. The pixel sends Meta a record of the pages you view and the event of submitting the form, along with information your browser provides. You can limit this with your browser settings and with the ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Retention and your choices

We keep demo requests for as long as we are working on them and for a reasonable period after, then delete them. Email us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted.
